Your task is to write a Python program for calculating the area of a circle. The user will be able to input the radius.

A reasonable attempt Matthew. However, remember a lot of marks come from your conclusion and evaluation. How about discussing different ways you could have produced this solution. Also CHANGE YOUR TITLE PLEASE - THIS BLOG IS USED FOR ASSESSMENT AND MARKING

Adam you need to use comments on your code e.g. #This section calculates the area. Also there is no flowchart for the My Magic8Ball. please complete this work.

A really good attempt. Don't forget that you need to describe and demonstrate all testing in some detail. You would need a range of tests including 2 or 3 with normal data and with erroneous data. Please improve your testing section.

Also much of what you have done is very limited - the introduction should explain how you are going to go about the project and what the reader will find in the report. Yen this is a very good attempt - well done! However, think about how you would write a testing plan for the program. This should have:

Why you are testing
Description of test
Expected Result
Actual result

ReplyDeleteLachlan, Idon't mind what account you use as long as you label yourself Lachlan Bone and post your work at the set time. You must provide far more analysis when writing your solutions answers. Your introduction is merely a suggestion of the program you will be writing - you should describe how you are going to go about it and what the reader will find in the report. You also have not shown any testing results. It is also important to follow convention - e.g. flow charts which flow north to south please. Please comment when you have completed this work correctly.
DeleteYou will get a lot of marks from analysis and evaluation. Resubmit but show more detailed introductions and an evaluation and a conclusion. Also, USE YOUR PROPER NAME - this blog will be used for marking purposes.
