Wednesday 11th June Y10 GCSE Computing

Okay so the A452 controlled assignment is done and dusted. We must now start looking at getting ready for A453 which is the programming controlled assignment.  In preparation for next lesson I would like you all to make sure that you are learning the language using an online resource such as CodeCademy which you can use in school now that we have Chrome.  The first lesson which you can see in the next post will be revising variables.

TASKS FOR TODAY

(1) Make sure that you have a CodeCademy account and are revising the basics of Python (VARIABLES) before next week.

(2) Make sure that you have opened a Google Docs account

(3) Familiarise yourself with the following flowchart drawing tool:
